Lights

I was thinking it would be nice to put the lights on 7th and Hamilton on a timer.

1. The street lights should be off during the day
2. The spot light on the Monument should be focused on the Monument and off during the day
3. The bill board on the Monument Center Building should be off from 11PM to 6AM

The Hess' Parking Deck, located in the 800 block of Linden Street, is available for FREE parking for those who enter after 5 p.m. on weekdays, and is free on weekends. Vehicles must leave by 7a .m.
